Chart - Radar/Polar Views

The Average temperature in London chart showing Day series, Night series.

Description

Radar series views (also called as Spider or Star charts) and Polar series views are intended to display data as a circular graph. The Radar view is drawn on a circular grid and has multiple axes along which data can be plotted. The Polar view is similar to the Radar view, but displays values on the basis of angles (from 0 to 360 degrees).

There can be different kinds of Polar and Radar views - Point, Line and Area. To see the entire list of available radar and polar views or to switch your current view to another, please use the View Type combo-box on the top of this demo.

Other options include:

  • Diagram Type. Specifies whether a diagram should have a circular or a polygon shape.
  • Show Labels. Indicates whether or not series labels should be visible on a chart.
  • Marker Kind. Specifies the shape of data point markers.
  • Marker Size. Specifies the size of data point markers.
